CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

We are in the Service sector and as such we do not entertain request for cancellation of services rendered to patients

A person who has remitted the required amount for a Consultation / Procedure for his beneficiary in the hospital can make a request for re-scheduling of the dates. Such a request should be received at least one day prior to the date of procedure or consultation.

In case cancellation is initiated by the Hospital due to unavailability of the Doctor, the consultation Fees will be refunded to the end user within 10 days..

In case of payments done through Payment Gateways, refunds will be made to the same account.
